Lead Filament is a service operated by VenturePipeline LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("Lead Filament," "we," "us," or "our"). This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using our website or service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

Lead Filament provides AI-powered customer care for service businesses. When one of our business clients misses an inbound call, our system responds on that business's behalf — by voice and by SMS text message — to assist the caller and notify the business owner.

2. Information We Collect

From business clients

When a business signs up, we collect the information submitted through our onboarding form, including business name, business type, location, owner name, email address, phone numbers, and preferred service area. We use this to set up and operate the service for that business.

From callers contacted on a client's behalf

When a caller contacts one of our client businesses and the call is missed, we may collect that caller's phone number and the details they provide during the resulting voice or text conversation (such as their name, the service they need, and their address). This information is collected solely to respond to the caller's inquiry and pass the information to the business they were trying to reach.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the customer care service.
• To respond to callers on behalf of the client business they contacted.
• To deliver qualified lead information and notifications to the relevant business client.
• To communicate with business clients about setup, billing, and service updates.

We do not sell personal information.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to provide the service:

• With the client business the caller was trying to reach, so they can follow up.
• With service providers that power our platform — for example, our telephony and SMS provider (Twilio) — strictly to deliver the service.
• When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

6. Your Choices

• Request access to or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@leadfilament.com.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above.
